Now you may be eager to jump into the exercises. Wait! You
need to warm-up first. You need to properly prepare your body for the workout
if not your muscles can tear and pull. Warm ups increase your body’s
temperature, mobility and activates your muscles allowing you a greater range
of motion. There is a large variety of warm up exercises available and there is
no one fit all.
