Jumping Jacks
Jumping Jacks are a cardio exercise that benefits the heart by balancing out heart rate, increasing blood circulation in the entire body, helps in reducing bad cholesterol and prevents the onset of stroke and heart attack.
Muscles targeted: Legs, arms, core
Start in the standing up position with your legs together, knees slightly bent and hands resting on tighs. Keeping your knees bent, open your arms and legs to the sides so that your arms come over your head and legs are wider than your shoulder. Close your arms and leg to return to the starting position. This is one rep.You can start by doing about 50 in a short interval and gradually increase the reps to see how many you can do in 10 minutes.
